The intelligent gas waist wheel (Roots) flow meter is a new generation of flow meter that integrates the detection functions of flow, temperature and pressure, and can automatically compensate for temperature and pressure. Gas is a compressible fluid, and its volume value is closely related to temperature and pressure.

Intelligent gas waist wheel (Roots) flowmeter is mainly composed of shell, conjugate rotor, counter and intelligent flow totalizer and other components. A pair of conjugate rotors installed in the metering chamber keep the correct relative position of the rotors through precision-machined adjustment gears under the action of the inlet and outlet pressure difference (P in > P out) of the circulating gas.
